Ingredients

2 lb frozen shredded hash browns thawed and patted dry
2 cup sour cream
1 cup homemade white sauce 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1 cup broth
2 cup sharp cheddar
1/2 onion grated
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Topping
2 cup cornflakes crushed with 3 tbsp melted butter

Method

Heat oven to 350°F and butter a 9x13.

Mix all but the topping and spread in the dish.

Scatter the topping.

Bake 45–50 minutes until bubbling and golden.
