Ingredients

1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
4 oz hot strong coffee
1/4 cup heavy cream lightly whipped to pourable

Method

Warm a glass. Dissolve sugar in the coffee and whiskey.

Pour cream gently over the back of a spoon so it floats.

Drink through the cream; don't stir.
