Squeeze spinach in a towel until no more water drips; wet spinach makes a runny dip.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese soft
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic grated
10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
1 can artichoke hearts 14 oz, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
1 pinch chili flakes

Method

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and garlic; fold in spinach, artichokes, half the mozzarella, the Parmesan and chili.

Spread in a small baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.

Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbling and browned.
