Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic

Heat oven to 425°F with a sheet pan inside.

Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange cut-side down on the hot pan and scatter bacon around.

Roast 20–25 minutes, without stirring, until deeply browned underneath and bacon is crisp.

Simmer balsamic and honey 2 minutes until syrupy; drizzle over and serve.
