Ingredients

2 baguettes halved lengthwise and crosswise
2 tbsp butter
1 lb mushrooms chopped
1 onion diced
Salt, pepper
2 cup shredded mozzarella or gouda
Ketchup, chives

Method

Heat oven to 425°F. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter 10 minutes until dry; season.

Spread on the bread and top with cheese.

Bake 10–12 minutes until bubbling and crisp.

Zigzag with ketchup and sprinkle chives.
