About this recipe

A single cheeseburger with one quarter-pound beef patty, cheddar, and sandwich pickles on a brioche bun. Onion, ketchup, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper are mixed into the beef before you shape the patties. Cook each patty until the center reaches 160°F. This makes six burgers, ready in about 35 minutes.

Tip: Mix the salt, pepper, onion, ketchup, garlic, and egg into the beef once. Cook each patty to 160°F.
