Ingredients

8 cup rosół or chicken broth
1 can tomato purée or 3 tbsp tomato paste plus 1 can crushed tomatoes 28 oz
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cooked rice or thin noodles
Salt, pepper, dill

Method

Heat broth with tomatoes and sugar; simmer 15 minutes.

Temper sour cream with hot soup and stir in.

Season and serve over rice with dill.
