Heat oven to 350°F; grease and line a 9x5 loaf pan.

Whisk dry ingredients. Whisk pumpkin, sugars, oil, eggs and milk; fold in dry just until combined.

Pour into the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake 60–65 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool 15 minutes in the pan, then on a rack.
