Reduce cider; reserve 3 tbsp for glaze. Heat oven to 350°F; grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, then sour cream and cider.

Fold in dry ingredients, then apples.

Bake 50–55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, invert and glaze.
